PROJECT PARANOIA
An organization is a coordinated unit consisting of at least two people who function to achieve a common goal or set of goals. Organizations are entities that enable society to pursue accomplishments that can’t be achieved by individuals acting alone.
Project Paranoia – I think the project paranoia that we did last time exhaust about the aspect of being aware and futuristic in our future job. The activity is about the objective or aim that an organization should have such as the measurable, attainable, realistic, specific, effective, communicated, and time-bound.
Organizational Behavior– The field of study that draws on theory methods and principles from various disciplines to learn about individuals, perception values, learning capacities and actions while working in groups and within the organization and to analyze the external environment’s effect on the organization and its human resources missions, objectives and strategies.
The first thought in terms of leadership is the process of being not bossy in fact, you don’t need to be bossy, just show to your employee the presence of goodwill in managing the organization.
The contingency approach – is the approach to management that believes there’s no other best way to manage in every situation and managers must find different ways that fit different situations.
In an organization, there’s a leader and the trainer and there’s trainee or the follower. The employee needs to follow the rules and regulations and the standard of the company. This organization is composed of different people’s attitude, character, way of life, beliefs and standards.
